Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wilder Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
