Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oakland, CA)

Clearpath Linden Health provides primary and specialty care in Oakland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
