Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Haven Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
