Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Hollow Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
