Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Linden Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
