Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oakland, CA)

Stonegate Juniper Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Oakland, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
