Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oakland, CA)

Highbridge Glen Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Oakland with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
