Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Cobalt Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around New Orleans. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
