Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (New Orleans, LA)

Highbridge River Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in New Orleans producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
