Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Birch Transit Planning helps transport agencies around New Orleans design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
