Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Nest Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
