Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (New Orleans, LA)

Harborlight Rowan Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in New Orleans with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
