Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around New Orleans. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
