Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Juniper Inspection Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
