Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Sparrow Transit Planning Partners helps transport agencies around Nashville design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
