Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Birch Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Nashville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
