Silverline Stone Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
