Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Field Water Authority Partners supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Nashville and nearby communities, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
