Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Forge Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
