Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Nashville, TN)

Lumen North Water Authority Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
