Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Minneapolis, MN)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
