Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Minneapolis area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 330 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
