Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Stone Health is a healthcare provider in Minneapolis with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
