Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Union Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
