Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Hollow Care Services supports families and individuals in Minneapolis with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 626 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
