Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Sable Water Authority is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
