Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Forge Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Minneapolis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
