Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Ivory Energy is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
