Silverline Willow Insurance Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
