Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Corner Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
