Fernwood Harbor Care Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
