Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Ridge Insurance Group is an insurance company in Milwaukee with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
