Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Milwaukee, WI)

Nova Ivory Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
