Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Vista Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
