Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Rook Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Milwaukee, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
