Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Willow Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
