Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Redstone Granite Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 862 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
