Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Milwaukee, WI)

Summit Wren Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
