Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Nova Cross Health Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
