Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Milwaukee, WI)

Bright Stone Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
