Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Miami, FL)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Miami serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
