Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Rook Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
