Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Miami, FL)

Silverline Thistle Financial serves customers across Miami with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
