Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Miami, FL)

Summit River Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
