Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Lantern Insurance is an insurance company in Miami with claims and service teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
