Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Bright Financial serves customers across Miami with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
