Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Field Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Miami. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
