Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Summit Harbor Energy Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in Miami. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
