Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Miami, FL)

Foxglove West Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Miami region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Miami. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
