Bright Ridge Insurance Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing.
